At the end of this month I'm moving from a huge bedroom with room for whatever I could possibly want to do in it with a seperate area for my bed, dresser and all that stuff, into an 8x8 room.
My snake is currently in a decent sized terrarium (I know you guys don't approve of them having too much space, but she seems to enjoy poking her head out and slithering around the fake plants at night, and she still eats very well and doesn't nip at me when I go to take her out and all that). The trouble with a decent sized terrarium is that, well, it takes up space.
My original plan was to build a shelf in the closet and put her on the shelf in there and put my clothes in tubs under my bed. Then I thought, wait a minute, tubs!
My concern with putting her in a tub under my bed is that, would she be alright with little to no daylight? Would she be better off in natural room light than stuck under a bed 24/7 with no change in light what-so-ever really?
If not then I'll just keep her in her current environment to avoid moving her around a whole bunch, but if she'd do just fine under my bed then I might end up putting her there.
Any info would be appreciated!
