Each snake grows at their own rate. My big Ghost male corn is a little over 4' and around 2.5 years old, while my new 9 month old female HypoBloodred is the size of a hatchling (but growing nicely now).

There's really no reliable way to tell age by size. If you don't have an exact date, then estimation is the best you can do.
