New with lots of Questions
Hello,
I'm new here. Looks like a great site! I am not new to snake ownership, but I am new to breeding ball pythons.
It all started for us with one seven year old normal male who is a much loved pet. Then we got the idea of breeding, and now we have seven ball pythons, one of whom is a rescue.
I have plenty of questions to ask. I just bought a 100% het piebald male yesterday, and I'm definitely trying to learn as much as I can, because ultimately we want to produce our own piebalds.
Dogs I am very good with and know inside and out- but snake genetics are new to me. I am finding that quite a bit of it is not that different from dogs, though, in so far as understanding the genetics.
If I sound ignorant, have patience... I'm just getting started!
Anyway, I just wanted to say hello. I hope to make new friends who share my interest in snakes as well as learn a lot.
