Ok, here it goes! I want to hear comments on this theory.

It seems like they "The Man" figured out an excellent way to compile a list of people in the United States that keep Boas or Pythons. Propose a ban on the animals, then allow the public to comment. But, of course, you can't fill out the survey without giving up the "Required Fields" which include your Name and Address. Not to mention they are asking you what kind and how many of the animals you own.

So, to recap: They know who you are, where you live, what kind of animals you have and how many!

Assume the ban goes into effect. Their thought process will go something like this:

1. Alright guys, we got the ban passed!
2. How will we regulate the ban?
3. How about a permit system!
4. How will we know who has what?
5. Oh yeah, we already know, we have that list we compiled from the public surveys!

Scary Stuff! Don't put it past them!
