Me and the rescue boa are going in for our 4th vet visit tomorrow (or I guess this) morning at 11. She went to a vet 2 times, and they just put my boa on a month of Baytril, 2 weeks each visit. A little over a month ago I took my snake to an exotics specific vet hospital with 2 vets that seemed to know a lot more than my last vet did. They put my boa on 5 shots of Azithro and the RI still hasn't cleared up, it actually seems to have gotten worse

I guess at this visit they will be doing a x-ray to see whats going on in her lugs, and take some samples to see if we can figure out exactly what she has.

She has gained 4 pounds (she weighs 15lbs now, and is about 5'8") since I've had her and she eats for me every week, so I'm hoping thats a good sign. Has anyone else dealt with a snake with such a long illness like this?
