Cage size for BCI
So, looking down the road, I'll need larger cages for my female Bci Columbian red-tails. Note I said they are both female!! They will not be bred and will be pets.
So, how long does the cage need to be? I like cages that give the room they need to stretch out and be a snake. Vin's book recommends 6 feet for females. I know a lot of people say 4 feet, but I don't know what that answer is predicated on. For me, space is not an issue and either is the little bit extra in money I'll spend by getting a 6 instead of a 4 footer. The additional dimensions will be 2x2.
I was looking at the T20's from AP with the glass sliding doors.....
Thanks everyone!!
