First I want to thank Tim and his wonderful wife Monica for the great time I had at their place Saturday. Second I want to apologize for leaving my camera at the houseand not getting any pics.
I met Tim in mutual place and followed him to the house. We went straight for the herp stuff. The first thing I noticed was how organized Tim's place is, a place for every thing and everything in it place. We looked at many cool things some stuff even I had yet to see in person. We talked genetics, looked at some cool super secret projects of hisand then he pull out the big guns. The Sterling, Caramels, Lemon Blast, and Grace who by the way is one of the best looking spiders I have ever laid eyes on, and she low white.
.
Then we moved to the rat room. Again Monica does a great job of the rats. Very clean almost no smell and we are talking hundreds of rats. We talked setups and cleaning watering options and so on.
I like Tim enjoy seeing how others do things. Because I am not creative enough to come up with some of the things Tim used to keep track of every thing![]()
. I came away with a load of knowledge and a truck load more respect for Bailey and Bailey Reptiles than I already had if that is possible.
Oh yea I also left with something else..in truth a few something else's.
Say Hello to Solta.
And Ylaipi- Who is feisty
Oh just in case anyone is wondering Solta is Inuit for "Snow in the South" and Ylaipi is Inuit for "Tomorrows Snow" Ok cat out of the bag time..They are both 66% Double Het Snow..
Also if you can't beat them try feeding something different. Tim knew of my issues with two of my picky eaters so I also left with what will hopefully be the cure.
Say hello to the new Wildmorphs feeding venture ASF's Monica was overly kind in letting a group of these guy come home with me to try and get a couple of long term slow eaters to pick back up. They are really kind of neat animals.
