I know usually the issues with shedding are straight forward.
For this, I have a mojave, approx 200 grams.
He's done this before.
He looks like he gets ready to shed, and has each sign properly. But when he should shed, he does nothing to actually rub the shed off.
Then the non-shed skin dries and looks wrinkled. There is no shed missing off him, because he doesn't do the rubbing to begin it. This is over a week, that he's done nothing.
Okay, the details:
He's in a Snake Shack rack, in a 15 qt tub. Temps are regulated by a thermostat, at 82 cooler end, to 90 at the warmer end. Humidty ranges from 70% and up(depending if I am misting trying to get him to darn well shed!). He usually eats well, moves around nicely, has constant fresh water, and the other two smalls in the same rack ALWAYS shed perfectly.
I've tried soaking him, putting him into a warm wet towel, and leaving him alone to do it himself.
Any ideas?
Edit: Over a week since the skin looked wrinkled, not from the first sign of shedding
