We woke up this morning to a beeping sound. I thought it was my alarm but remembered that I had turned it off. We checked but nothing in the apartment was beeping. Later in the day, the beeping was still going on at random moments with no particular pattern, except for the majority of it was 3 consecutive beeps. We finally pinpointed the origin of the beeping and have come to the conclusion it is coming from the townhome next to ours. You can hear it very loudly from our backyard and it seems to be a smoke alarm or something of that nature that is continuing to beep. We left the house to do some errands and see a movie. Now we're back home and the beeping is almost non-stop. I just counted the seconds between when one beeping stops and another begins and the beeps are going off every 5 seconds.

We have not had neighbors since we moved in over a month ago. Now there is a light on next door and we see things have been moved into the upstairs bedroom.

Should we confront them about the beeping if it is still going on tomorrow? We can't confront the management because we have Aurora here against apartment regulations and we are worried they would hear her or see her.
