Is is more stressful for a BP to be moved or to have fluctuating, weird temps all the time??

Nagini is currently in the 4x2 cage, and was moved in about two weeks ago. The humidity is always dropping around 40% in there (making me mist three or four times a day) and the temps are really unstable. I.E. Substrate surface warm side = 89-90, warm side hide = 95-97, ambient warm side = 78. Substrate surface cool side = 90-92(right over the ultratherm pad), cool side hide = 77-80, ambient cool side = 74-77.

So, my urgent question is this: Would it be better for her in the long run to move her into a tub for the winter while I work on that cage, or spare her moving stress and leave her in there? I would assume that moving her into a stable environment would be better, but I wanted to get some expert advice before I do it.
