Actually this isn’t just for Robin but she has always been so complimentary of the Pewter’s I hatched a couple of years ago I thought I would publicly thank her.The Male Pewter is the Father of this clutch and I think you will agree that he did a mighty fine job of his first try at Fatherhood. It was a four-egg clutch from the Male Pewter to a Female Pastel (I produced a few years ago), breeding. It was a small clutch but I got two Sterling’s and a Pewter out of it. There was also a Normal in the clutch but hey I am not going to complain. I was pretty happy. LOL
Here are some pictures of the parents.
Mom (A Killer Graziani Line Pastel I produced).
Dad (My Bad Ass Pewter Male).

Here are the eggs the day they started to pip and after I had opened them. I was more than a little excited after seeing this.

This is weird, I waited about ten days and none of them showed any signs of shedding so I started offering them food. They all ate after the second offering. It took a Month and a day before they all shed. Here are the pictures of them after their first shed.
The first Male Sterling.
