Yup, it's me again

I just finished feeding Nagini (she took it right away this time), and cleaning her cage as she ate, as usual. This time, I treated her cage with PAM. I followed the instructions, but wanted to ask here: how dry is dry?? I left the lid off, opened the window, and the fan was going nearby so there was good ventilation, and I felt the hides branches and plants and they were all dry, but the substrate is cypress and that stuff doesn't fully dry for a while. I put her and her clean water dish back in when I felt the other stuff was all dry, was that ok??? I don't want to risk hurting her...
