    rats/litter box

does it really work? how do you "train" them? we have the three in a 20gal but thinking of purchasing one of those big wire enclosures (found one on craigslist for 20 bucks!) that are more designed for ferrets, i saw one posted here with rats in it. i was concerned about their little feet falling through (i meet with the girl this week to buy it either way) i love that they can exercise and move around more, i will hang lots of hammoks/slippers/exc for them, i was just wondering if it keeps the smell down having an enclosure like this? we dont have a problem with the smell at all now but i want to ensure we never do either. (im super sensative to smell and going to someones house that stinks grosses me out!) what about the poo falling out the side of the enclosure, is that ever a problem?

any suggestions/ideas for litter training? i want them to be as comfy and happy as possible (Read my BP post about husbandry and you will see i work fast to get these guys happy as possible) if this type enclosure is not ideal i wont bother

what im going to pick up...
