Just FYI -- Be careful if you buy the glass Super pet chew proof water bottle. Make sure that it actually depenses water. I tried a few of these from a few different stores and they all have the same flaw. I think every single one of them is broken.

You can test it at first and it'll work fine, then you'll probably think nothing of it. Try it for a minute or two though just flicking it with your finger. On all of the ones i've tried it just runs dry after some point then won't dispense anymore water. If you look inside you can see a little air bubble formed around the hole in the cap going to the dispenser.

I really wanted to use this bottle since it's the only glass one I could find in the stores so I decided to try and fix it. I've had it fixed for an hour or two and it appears to be working fine with no leaks. I had the bottle in there just like it was for a few hours just to see if it would work maybe after time. The rats would go up to it, flick it a couple times then run away. Seemed kinda weird, none of them were staying there drinking. Once I put the fixed bottle in they sat there for like 5 minutes just drinking, so I could tell it was fixed and actually see bubbles floating to the top now.

To fix it:

Pull the stainless steel cap off of the plastic cap/metal tube, should just slide off.

Pull the metal drinking tube out of the white plastic cap that screws on to the bottle, should just pull out.

Drill the smaller of the holes (the hole that faces the water) a little bigger with a 5/16 or slightly larger drill bit.

Put tube back in and metal cap back on if you want, I left it off since I didn't see the purpose.

It looks like this:
