I was riding my go cart, and saw this cage, and what looked like a cat in it, so i made another round and the dog stood up.
I went home and got my camera, and went up there to take pics.

No food, no water, in the dead sun, it was around 95 maybe more today.

When we got up there, we saw another pup chained up in the sun, with no water or food.

On top of the dogs cage is 2 rabbits in a tiny cage together, thier water bottles are empty.
I got the address, we're going to call animal control.
