So--I bought some tofu for the first time today, and I'm going to try it out in a stirfry tomorrow. I have some marinating in italian dressing (because I've discovered everything tastes good marinated in italian dressing). But I was wondering what some other good ways (besides soup) were to eat tofu?
We were discussing the merits of soy in my nutrition class, so I'm going to try some soy products out to see how/if I like them![]()
