I breed rats every so often on a "Really Want To" basis. Very small-scale. Mainly focus on dwarves, Harleys, satins(2nd gen right now), and some high white(Known-background ONLY).

Momo is a blue-based platinum satin rex top ear irish with a headspot(BREATHE!) and she was bred to my blue agouti harley coated dumbo bareback boy. The result was two boys that are both blue agouti, both dumbo(so Momo carries dumbo! Wootie), one is variegated and one is a Berkshire.

They have frumpy, bed-head whiskers, so should be a mixture of harley/satin rex. Satin is like satin mice, but nicer in rats, and REALLY nice when mixed with rex. The tips of Momo's hair are kind of clear and her whole coat is very shiny(not to be confused with silvering, which is white hairs dispersed throughout).

So here's Momo:

And here's Romulus(when visiting with a friend in Ft. Worth):

Thanks for looking. These are definitely some special boys and I'll continue to post updates as they grow.
