So I've always had a serious problem with Hollywood and everyone going for the glamorous Ethiopian look. However the whole Tyra Banks thing I think sorta pushed me over the edge of how superficial people are. The photos of her on the beach I'd never consider her fat in a million years. Yet people forget a few factors. Number one is that woman have curves and always will have curves. Number two is that not all women are built alike. Tyra is 5'10 and she isn't gonna get down to 100 pounds and a size 0. Why? See example number one Number three is that people want others acceptance of visual perfection. Why? Everyone has their own views of what beautiful is. Number 4 THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS PERFECTION.

I'd love to see a painter make a nude paintings of stars who are super skinny and those who are of normal weight and figure. If you asked people just from visual sight what their rendition of the painting means I bet you'd get a lot of "Well, looks like the people who look healthy are standing next to the sickly and dying." Being healthy is great and nothing wrong with that. Yet when you get to a point to where you listen to what others want, you lose track of ones goals. Why deprieve yourself of enjoying what you enjoy in moderation?

I'm not pointing fingers and saying all guys are guilty but most I know are pretty damn hard on women and their weight. For example we have a hair salon right next door to my work and the owner sorta digs the manager at my work. So when he found out I dunno if it was from any bad past relationships but he went off about her body. "Oh she's fat, he hips are too wide and her butt is too big.." I turned to him and said "Are you kidding?" Seriously she's got an amazing hour-glass body and so he kept going on and on. So, me being me I went with what he said to set him up. I said "Yeah man, her butt is sorta big ... Might get in the way of your gut huh?" He looked at me like I hurt his feelings. I said "Sorry dude, cause of guys like you who tear chicks apart, you're part of the cause of why many women tear themselves apart over lil comments like that."

I can't tell you what you've already heard already from others but be a leader, not a follower. The followers will never be leaders cause they have no spine and no opinion for themself.
