About a week ago one of my balls clouded up and shed, but from about where the neck starts forward did not shed, I put some extra rough wood pieces in the tank to get her to rub it off, she has gotten it off to the point that from right behind her eyes forward she is clean, and neck down. Is there anything I should do to help her or will the rest slough off over time? is there any harm with it staying on her (I have 1 red tail boa, and 2 ball's and have never had one take that long to completely shed) the humidity appears right, and that little patch is being stubborn.

Also I noticed a scale near her nostril was still attached, and when I pulled her out to look at her it fell of on its own, but looking closer there is a scale inside her nostril that was attached to the part that fell off, will this harm her? should I take her to the vet? or maybe just get a pair of tweezers and try to pluck it out(though it looks like it in there pretty tight) I really don't want to stress her out.

Any help is appreciated, even with 3 babies I still feel like a noob sometimes.
Also all of them are housed seperately
