Haha...that's funny, I don't care who you are! The vet seemed a little concerned, I suppose, since Ramses hadn't gone for about 3 weeks+. I'm sure it was because he thought that I wasn't feeding him enough and didn't think that I knew much about snakes. He had asked me when he walked in if this was my first snake, and it is. I have owned iguanas, and other small lizards, but this is my first snake. But, he didn't know I have a great support network like Jo and Robin and all the other kind folks on here.
But as the Vet and I got to talking, he soon realized that, although this was my first snake, I was no dummy. He started talking about enclosing snakes together and was going to mention snake illnesses, and I said..."Like IBD?"...that floored him....LOL He asked me how I knew what IBD was, and told, I had done my home work!
Thanks again everyone...and I'll have to try that whole "hand the snake to my 'favorite' person" thing when it should be time for a "movement". HEHEHEHE
