The vid actually made me feel sick and want to cry. Um... from what I understand a person *can't* stand up immediately after being tazed. So tazing him again repeatedly for not standing up... all because he forgot his ID and he was leaving anyway...? Wtf... They're torturing him for no reason! Since when is college a police state?
