Well this evening is my second feeding attempt with my 2 snakes that I just got on the 13th.
As I reported last week (first feeding), they refused f/t, but the male ate the rat that was left in over night.
This week I wanted to try live just to get them a meal and they both refused live, what they were raised on.
So, i took the larger of the 2 small rats and hit a home run with it and attempted to feed p/k to each, and they both balled up like they had never seen food before. So, now I have one live rat and one dead rat. Should I leave the dead rat in with one of them? or should I freeze it?
The other rat, the live one, probably won't get taken. I don't have means to care for it so it will end up in either the tub for the evening as p/k or in the freezer for next week....what would you do? Leavem in or freezem?
I'm starting to feel like I'm not doing something right...it's frustrating me. My temps are around 93 on the warm side and around 82 on the cool side and humidity is still above 60. 1 hide per side, a water bowl, and all the other necessary stuff. grr![]()
