I'm starting a payment plan with them in a few months. I talked to Joe today, and he's pretty cool and answered every question I threw at him. He's pretty flexible with his payment plans. I still have lots of time to decide if I'm really going through with it, but I'm not afraid to buy something from them if I had the money. He's patient too, he talked with me for at least 2 hours total!
