well, its been a while since I've been here...dealing with a back injury, neighbor kids beating on my kids, was on vacation for 3 weeks, etc...

anyway, I had nag out yesterday for a while and I was totally amazed at him!! he's HUGE!! its hard to believe he was a cold, half frozen pittiful little thing when I got him. he's got to be about 36 inches long right now and somewhere around a pound, pound and a half. (I have to stop and get a scale today at some point). he's in shed again, and growing like a weed. its totally amazing. he is just the most docile, tolerant snake I have ever seen. my girls (12 and 7) have been helping with feedings and maintainence since I hurt my back, and they are doing a great job as well.

Nagaina is just a gorgeous little lady who is also growing well. she is still getting used to human contact but she's doing great with the kids as well.

I'm such a proud mama (in more then one way lol)

Plus with school starting soon, I am so excited to be able to take them both in to the school for our bi-monthly visits to the classrooms. my little one's teacher has already asked me if I am planning on bringing them back! its an awesome school with awesome teachers, and I cant wait to share my snakey-goodness with a whole new batch of kids

so anyway, I'm off to the doc about the back thing, but had to stop in to say hi. my So finally got the camera working on my comp so I'll be posting some new photos once my back will cooperate with me. toodles
