On Tuesday night I messed up one of my fingers pretty bad. It was feeding night and one of the rats got loose. It went into the storage room and under an old microwave stand, so when I moved the stand a flood light bulb fell off the back and shattered. By the time I got the stand moved the rat was about 4 feet away in the corner, and when I went to grab him he made a beeline behind bags of aspen mulch. I put my hand down the far side of the mulch to stop him from going where the glass was ........ and jammed my finger down on a shard sticking up.

10 stitches later .......



The next day we checked the rat over and gave him a bath. Then Blaze took care of him for me!!!!!!
