Well, three more clutches hatched out here in the last week, and here's the results:

1- Poss. het. clown X normal, 7 eggs, one went bad a month ago (the embryo inside was half developed with no obvious defects ). I was pulling for lots O' girlies here for obvious reasons, and got 1.5!!!



2- Pastel X normal, 10 eggs, one went bad shortly after they were laid. 3.1 pastels, 4.1 normals (I guess we used up our females allotted by the BP gods on the last clutch ).

3- Pastel X normal, 8 eggs (and 2 slugs) pipped last night. This is our last pastel clutch for the season, so I was really hoping to see more yellow than brown, and we got 7 pastels!!! Now if only all of them are females, the odds will have worked out about right for pastels this season! Sorry I don't have any pics of these guys yet.
