The thermo-/hygro-meter in my setup is outside the hide (as it is in everyone's, I believe). When cleaning, though, I've noticed that there's usually "sweat" on the inside of the hidebox resulting from water condensing on the plastic. Coupled with the fact that the hide is over the heater, I figure this has to be increasing the humidity inside the hide by at least 5-10%, which I've never thought about or taken into account while maintaining a certain humidity levels. I haven't had any problems at all...just the wanderings of my mind on a Friday afternoon. Thoughts, anyone?
