Retained eyecap? and other questions.
does this look like a retained eyecap? you can see it on the right hand side, she has it on both sides so it leads me to believe that it's not but i've never seen that before, she's very nippy will have to get her to calm down a bit, she's ok to be handled but dont come at her when she's being handled she'll strike lol.....she's gonna be fun to work with, she's struck at the glass at me several times when i'm in there, i'm like just go in your hide if you're stressed, but she stays ontop of them as you can see and she's being a pain lol.....i have a ton more pictures up there ifyou guys want to look at her, she's very dull right now, guy i got her from says she'll brighten up a whole lot after a shed, this cage is temp.... i'll be putting some bedabeast in the bottom to help hold humidity and give her a sense of security....it's heated by flexwatt underneath....as i said it's all temporary... hides were a last minute thing, at sams for free so can't pass that up and the hiding holes were already cut in there just set in the cage hehe......i want to get her used to feeding in another enclosure so she doesn't associate us putting our hands in there as a time of feeding, just like i do with my RTB.... only problem is i dont know when to feed her, i dont know the last time she ate but she's quite plump very fat belly hehe.....still need a name
