Greetings,

My yearling has never been regular ever since I switched him to rats. He's gone through a bunch of pups and yearling but never poo'd properly since the switch from mice. He drops urates fine, but I have yet to see a log in months. I've had fecals done and my husbandry is okay- He's in a Vision cage, temps are 80-83/90-93 basking of about 95. He eats fine, sheds fine, and has a great disposition in spite of the fact that he's only handled a couple times a week.

Last time I soaked him after two months and he cut loose fine. Well... It's been two months again and no log. Yesterday he dropped a large pile of urates and bit of clear liquid that smelled like cat pee. I've never seen that before, but I've been told it's not entirely uncommon. It's nasty though!

So... should I soak him again or wait this out until he drops a bomb? Ideas...suggestions... ???
