I was recently hooked on the forums due to my sister and her obsession with her ball pythons (thanks Tigerlily), though my interests are more with geckos. I've been looking at getting a crestie pair at the All Maryland Reptile Show in a few weeks and have been excitedly preparing the new little one's first terrarium. I've hit an unexpected bump in the round in the form of a little year old leo. While she (after looking at all the pics, I'm 90% sure it's a she) seems very alert and quite tame she has some residual shed still on her toes. She did not have a humid hide when I got her and has been spending a great deal of time in the one I put together for her. She seems to be missing a few toes already and I want to help her get rid of the rest of her shed. Any tips on removing the skin gently?
Also, any tips for looking for my new cresties at the show?
Thanks!!!!
