Hey everybody and Merry Christmas!
My juvi ball python is currently in shed, has been for a number of days now, he's quite slow through the process. His eyes cleared up the a couple of days ago, and he's been rubbing his face on stuff so it's only a matter of time. Days. Who knows?
He still eats while in shed, and ate a good meal Wednesday night. (our days of skipping meals are over.)
I'm curious, after he's digested, can I move him to his new enclosure even if he's not done shedding?
It's all set up and I'm just patiently waiting but since he's always a slow grower, I could be waiting for quite some time. My original plan, and current plan, is to wait him out, but I was just curious if it would be too stressful or if the bigger newer stuff in the enclosure would help him shed better. I got it the day I realized he was in shed![]()
(Humidity and temps are great, no patchy spots, it's gonna come off in 1 piece when he finally does it, he's just goin at his own pace.)
