I have a 37 day old egg that got a hole in it. Even though I was able to fix the hole and it is plumping back up, some pink spots have begun to develop. I did use the anti fungal powder ( can’t think of the name of it rn). However if the mold continues to develop I am thinking it may be better off not sitting in the egg with all that bacteria. I have heard people cutting eggs as early as day 45 for this same reason, but that seems really early.
