Over head heating surface vs ambient temps

So I am stickly using overhead heating. I am using CHE with pulse proportion thermostat.

What should the air temp be inside hot hide and what should substrate temp be inside hot hide.

And same for cold hide air temp and substrate temp.

Again only using CHE. Plz stick to answering the direct question, I know all about UTH and RHP, and that over head heat drys the air. I will strictly only be using CHE so no recommendations needed on other heating sources thank you.

Its is for a ball python. Thank you.
