I saw in the video that she got herself back upright after losing her balance, so that is actually a good sign. If you can fine-tune her husbandry and help her out with feeding while perhaps keeping her meals smaller than those of a normal snake, she could have a decent quality of life with you. As is the case with animals who've survived this much trauma, you'll just always have to be prepared that her condition could suddenly worsen - but here's hoping you and she have a good amount of time together.
