This is my first BP shed and he has me slightly confused it appears to be taking slightly longer than expected.
He started to show the signs of a shed on the 26th April with a pinkness to his belly. I increased his humidity from 50% to 70% and he took his mouse on the 30th April but he wasn't his usual enthusiastic self. At his next weighing on the 2nd May he was 137g and increase of 3g from the week before and he was in full blue. He briefly left his hide on the 5th May and his eyes had all cleared up. He then refused his mouse on the 7th( didn't even leave his cool hide). I have kept his humidity at 70%. Today is the 10th May and its now 14 days since he first started to show signs of shedding and 8 days since he was in blue.
Does shedding normally take this long ?
Do I need to do something else to assist the shed other than keeping his humidity at 70%
