Forget about that.. I was referring to the pad you have underneath and without a thermostat can get really hot.. Can you move the animal to a warmer area of the house? Maybe where the ambient temperatures are higher? This animal has been eating regularly right? I think he's just confused.. He can't regulate his temperatures..
