Apologies to the morph crowd, morphs are beautiful and appreciated however I'm interested in seeing animals that represent what Mother Nature created.
I do realize selective breeding will somewhat change the true "Wild Color Patterns" because of breeding the best to the best in captivity.
That said, there are some extremely beautiful wild and captive bred locality boas out there. If you have one post a picture and share the background.
I'll start with my boa, Sniper.
This is a male, Barranquilla, Colombian boa constrictor. He's 7 years old, about 7 feet long and in great condition.
He was bred by Gus Rentfro (Rio Bravo Reptiles) and sold to me via Legacy Reptiles. I bought him in April, 2013 and he was about 9 months old at the time.
I took these photos last night. It was a cloudy evening.
Sniper is the only locality animal I own, I enjoy everything about him.
Feel free to post up your locality BCC or BCI photos in this thread as I'd like to see them.
