    Looks hungry to me. I would load her up full of food and see what she does.

    The snakes I've seen stargazing due to IBD have rested their bodies against the side of the enclosure with their head pointed straight up for extended periods of time. Even then: stargazing could be a symptom of another issue.

    IBD gets a lot of attention because it is incurable and contagious (suspected vector=mites), but, relative to common neurological issues: it is rare.
