The "stick on kinds" aren't very accurate, I think that's why ww asked how you're measuring humidity.
While some like to mist their snake's cages, I'd recommend making a "humid hide" filled with nice damp sphagnum moss for him, and sometimes a shallow &
supervised soak is helpful too (but only when they're fully 'clear').
