I have 6 ball pythons, 3 males and 3 females... 5 of the 6 pound f/t rats or mice every week without fail with a strike-feed. My albino doesn't strike-feed and for 3 weeks now has suddenly stopped eating. Previously he ate large rat pups. Over the 3 weeks I have left him alone, no handling unless cleaning the enclosure and have even tried feeding him a smaller prey item like a f/t small adult mouse. Still not luck! The temperatures seem to be fine at 80C ambient, basking spot of 90-92C. I don't really want to begin feeding live as he hasn't had live prey before. So what is my next move? I'm running out of ideas here. Do I try this brown bag technique? Does it work? Will it not stress out the snake even more? I would appreciate any ideas as the little git is frustrating the ****e out of me!!
