I just got this baby girl about 2 weeks ago. She's ~9 weeks old and has already eaten for me. This was on her first shed:

I'm driving myself crazy trying to figure out where this blood came from?? Overall she seems fine as she didn't seem stressed or anything when I was handling her today.
There wasn't any cuts or marks on her that I could see aside from some dried blood specks on her body, but I feel terrible... Should I be concerned or is it not that big an issue??

Also I'm unsure if this is stuck shed on her head or not? The shed seemed whole (eye caps, one piece, etc.), but I've never had this on my other BP:
