I've been running a heat pad under a rubbermaid I got, and when it's about 95 on the hot side, it's only in the low 70's on the cool side! It's not retaining any heat!

My house is pretty cold, but I don't want to have to use 2 heat sources for one enclosure. Do you have any recommendations for insulating a rubbermaid container?
