Just a concern here...

It's summer in Ohio and the humidity in our home ranges from 40%-60%. We keep several different types of snakes, but humidity has become an issue for the warmer weather ones (W. Hognose and KS Boa). We have already taken the precautions of using the tiniest water bowls on the cool side, using fans, etc. but to little avail. All of my snakes in are in PVC enclosures of varying sizes.

Should we be concerned about their humidity levels if there is no wet substrate or condensation? Are they at risk of getting ill? The highest I've seen in their tanks is around 50%. If I should be concerned, what is recommended to lower the humidity for them?

Thank you for any and all help.
