Well, after working through numerous heat lamps and humidity systems, I've finally settled on what should be my finished terrarium for quite some time. The TropiAire humidifier is hooked up to a Profile 9500 Adjustable Flow Aquarium Pump and works wonderfully, allowing me to basically set any humidity level from 45-85%. I covered the top with clear contact paper, leaving a hole in the corner for the heat lamp and some air flow. I switched to a cerramic heater for a few reasons. Firstly, it doesn't have the wide temperature fluctuations I would experience with a basking lamp. And second, it's a set it and forget it deal. The temperature is constantly perfect. It's 90deg during the day and drops to 85deg at night because of my apartment (These are warm side temps, the cool side generally follows 10 deg cooler). So this has negated any need for my previous lamp system, a basking and red lamp, both on timers. If you are thinking about getting one of these cerramic lamps (the element is expensive, about $30-40), be sure to get the 150 watt. Even though it is rated for a tank 50-100 gallons (mine's 30), it's the only one powerful enough. Enjoy!
