    humidity issues!

Hey there! I own both a boa and a ball, and i have had issues keeping their humidities up! I feel like ive tried everything! The problem is, i can spray the tank and get it up to humidity, but it drops below 40% within 10 minutes. They are screen tops, but i have them covered a little over 1/2 with tin foil with holes and a wet towel on top to make it more humid (too bad i cant keep it up anyways so it doesnt work). So the screen top is covered, i have a wet towel on top of the tank, a small wet hand towel on the inside too (only because it helps a little bit), a big water dish in both relatively near the heat lamp, and need to mist it constantly to keep it up or it would be way to dry. I do not know what to do. the only way i have found to keep it up is it cover the ENTIRE screen with tinfoil except for a circle where the heat lamp goes, and even that way it isnt very consistent. does anybody have any ideas? thank you!

oh also, i forgot, i have forest floor cypress mulch substrate in both terreriums!
