Is my Helix DBS-1000 faulty?
The DBS-1000 I bought from Helix arrived in the mail the other day. I finished building my rack and plugged in the DBS. I set the temperature to 92*F but it doesn't seem to be going over room temperature. I set it to 105*F to see if that would help and it got a little bit warmer (felt like 80*F). I have the probe going the long way against one of the black heat tape stripes. I pushed the button and I'm not getting an error code. Can anyone help me? I don't have many more heat packs left. Thanks in advance.
