    Mistreated Ball?

I recently headed to a serpinterium to check out their snakes, and came across a couple of Ball Pythons. I noticed something was quite a bit off with this particular one, as it was limp and looked almost like a pancake, with its spine clearly visible. I know a visible spine is typical in younger ball pythons, but this one was far too big to be just a yearling like mine.

Not to mention all of the water bowls were disgusting, there was pieces of shed absolutely everywhere in their Vivariums with only a single snake inside. There was a larger rattlesnake going through an absolutely horrible shed and had a cause of mouth rot or something; it was like I could see it's swollen gums through the pit in the center of their mouth.

And their "feeding" consisted of wet cold mice simply laying down in their substrate.

Im disgusted, and even more disturbed by the fact someone prides themselves in the love and care of these animals when their living environments are revolting.
