    Cooked rat? Maybe? Help?

I had placed a rat on a heat pad a while ago, but forgot about it. I don't know for sure how long it's been, but I'm guessing between .5 and 1 hours. It had also been moved to the fridge a few hours before this. I just want to know if you think it's safe to still feed the rat, though. There's no skin falling off or anything like that, but it had a smell that, to me, made it seem like it may have cooked a bit. It had gotten much hotter than I normally let it get, too, though. I'm still pretty new to snakes, so please let me know what you think. In case it matters, she is a 9 month old female ball python and her last meal was 7 days ago.

If I don't get a reply within a few minutes or so, I'll toss this rat out and feed her a new one tomorrow, but I'd still like to know if this rat would have been safe to feed for future reference. Thank you
