I agree, the back should end up being "lusher" this summer but the front yard has large trees that I think protected the grass during the winter. Just a guess, new house, and I'm just figuring it out. We've been renovating from the inside-out and the out has been neglected thus far...
People can be rude but I've never heard that about Miami folks.Actually, I live in about as quiet and woodsy of a neighborhood you can get here and we do have a number of families and dog walkers in the mornings and evenings because of the lack of thru-traffic. Plus the lots are HUUUGE by Miami standards, as in, a half acre. lol Guess my neighbors feel like its open season. Might be time for some new plantings out front and a snake crossing sign!
