I wanted to share my experience with Reptile Rapture's customer service. Like most people I have unique circumstances that required more than just a click on the buy button on a website. I emailed a couple different sites/breeders asking questions. Reptile Rapture was the only one that responded in under 24 hours. Another one responded in about three days, and Im still havent heard from the first one I emailed about a week ago. I took their promptness as a good sign. They had a low white pied 2016 male that caught my eye and had a great price. I barraged them with questions and requested more pictures. Again all were answered and pictures were received in less than 24 hours. Best I could tell the new pictures showed a healthy, well cared for snake. I definitely got the warm fuzzy feeling that these guys/gals are professional and I could expect a good product. I pulled the trigger with no regrets. Im currently deployed and they had no problems with holding him for me until I return. Super excited to get home, Ive always wanted a Pied. I will update when I receive him.
